Residential Building Surveys
A Building Survey (or Structural Survey) is a comprehensive
inspection suitable for all properties but especially recommended
for older or unusual properties, and those of less
conventional construction.
Unlike the Homebuyers Report, the RICS Building
Survey Report does not normally include an opinion of the properties'
Open Market Value or the recommended
Reinstatement Cost for insurance
purposes. We can, however, arrange for these to be added should you
require.
