The RICS Homebuyers Survey is a mid price, mid range service, which
uses a standard format to focus on urgent and significant matters only.
The report normally includes an opinion of the properties' Open Market Value,
and the recommended
Reinstatement Cost
for insurance purposes.
The report is less detailed than a full
Building Survey, and is designed for
properties that do not require such a thorough inspection.
