Party Wall Services

If a Building Owner wishes to excavate near a neighboring structure (e.g. for new foundations), or wishes to carry out building work to a Party Wall, they may be required to serve a Party Wall Notice on the Adjoining Owner.

The Adjoining Owner may either consent to the proposed works, or may prefer to have a Surveyor (or Surveyors) appointed to represent both parties throughout the works.
